Prudential Holmes & Kennedy Real Estate is a privately owned and operated business run by experienced, knowledgeable and caring people. Our first office was established in the heart of Chappaqua in 1968. In 1986, our Pleasantville office was opened to handle the area’s rapid expansion. Continued growth in the Tri-Town area led to the opening of our Armonk office in 1994. In 2004, Holmes & Kennedy affiliated with Prudential Real Estate in order to provide buyers and sellers with a vast array of services that set industry standards. The addition of offices in Katonah and Somers, also in 2004, increased our coverage of Northern Westchester into Putnam County.  Our newest office in Bedford opened its doors in early 2007.
